If the outstanding amount could not be charged to your credit card, your customer account will be blocked until you have paid the outstanding amount manually.
To do this, please open your Swisscharge app and log in. You will be notified immediately that you have an outstanding payment.
1.When you open the app, you will be immediately informed about the failed payment

2. When you click any one of the charge point on the map, you will also see the 'Start Charging' button is replaced by the 'View Unpaid Session'. Only when the user resolves the debt, the error message is removed and charging can continue.
