If a charging process cannot be ended via the app, please follow the steps below:


1. Try to disconnect the cable from the vehicle. As soon as the cable is disconnected from the vehicle, a safety mechanism releases the cable at the station and the charging process is automatically ended. 


2. If the charging process cannot be stopped either in the app or by disconnecting the cable, please contact our 24-hour customer service. Please have the station ID ready. We will be happy to end the charging process for you.
