If an invoice has not been paid directly and you have been blocked, you will immediately see the failed payment amount on the Swisscharge app when you open it again. It is likely due to an invalid payment method, therefore, please try to remove your current payment method and add a valid one to pay the outstanding invoice
To pay the invoice, follow the steps below:
1. Go to the menu and select the payment method
2. You will see the option to remove your current payment method or add a new payment method.
After a valid payment method is successfully added, the outstanding amount should be deducted from there and you should be unblocked
