If you have a customer account with Swisscharge, we accept the following payment methods:
Credit card (VISA/Mastercard/AMEX).
Please make sure that you have enabled online payments in your credit card settings and that 3D-Secure is activated with your bank.
Starting in 2025, prepaid and virtual credit cards will no longer be accepted for security reasons. An exception applies to Revolut cards issued in Switzerland – these will continue to be accepted. Only credit cards issued in the following countries will be accepted: Switzerland, Italy, Austria, France, and Liechtenstein.

With Swisscharge, all charging sessions are collected over the course of a month and charged directly to your credit card between the 1st and 3rd working day of the following month.
For business customers, it is possible to open a fleet account. Payment is made monthly by invoice. More information and the necessary application form can be found here.
